In the ruins of Pompeii, you can still see ads written in Latin on the walls of ancient brothels. Maybe something from my 20+ years of copywriting will survive the zombie apocalypse and let our descendants know how hard it was to quit smoking, how cheap cable TV was when bundled with phone and Internet or how important it is to donate to your local hospital. Will the hundreds of thousands of words I've written — for direct mail, ad campaigns, web content, banner ads, TV, radio, annual reports, press releases, articles, novels, short stories and more — endure, or should I start carving ads onto subway walls?
